Job summary

Verify Incorporated is seeking a QMS Auditor specializing in AS9100 certification to ensure the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will perform audits, identify findings, and report directly to clients using a web application.

The ideal candidate will have successful audit experience, strong writing and communication skills, and knowledge of Root Cause Analysis tools. This role is based in the Southwest States, US, and requires weekly visits.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of at least five external audits to the AS9100 standard in the past year.
• Completed QMS lead auditor training course with recognized certification.
• Knowledge and experience with Root Cause Analysis tools like 8D and DMAIC.

QMS Auditor - AS9100 Certified Lead Auditor

Responsibilities

The auditor will perform examination of the Quality Management System (QMS) and its various elements and procedures in order to ensure its effectiveness, including observing evidence of continuous improvement. Perform audits based on the latest AS9100 standard. The ability to identify major findings, minor findings, observations, and report information directly to the customer via web application. Experience initiating, reviewing and approval of corrective action responses and evaluate effectiveness of implemented corrective action(s).

Qualifications

Successful completion of at least five external audits in the past year to the AS9100 standard.

Completion of QMS lead auditor training course with a recognized lead auditor Certification (RAB or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).

Knowledge and experience using structured Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques like 8D, five whys and DMAIC.

Good writing and communication skills. Must have proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
