Select Physical Therapy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a passionate Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to provide care for athletes. This PRN/Per Diem role covers contracted schools and coordinates access to healthcare for athletes.

Schedule varies; compensation is $35.00 per hour and includes PRN perks and a nationwide support network. The role focuses on rehabilitation programming, emergency response, and outreach to promote the company across events and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree required.
• NATA-BOC Board Certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Applicable state license where required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement specific therapeutic programs for injured athletes' rehabilitation.
• Determine need for and administer athletic training techniques before and during games/practices to decrease risk of injury.
• Determine effectiveness of athletic training/rehabilitative techniques and record changes.
• Manage emergency incidents, coordinate EMS and acute care procedures, including basic life support.
• Seek outreach opportunities and participate in events to promote the company (races, club teams, etc.).

Type of Employment: PerDiem/PRN

Schedule: Hours vary as needed

Compensation:$35.00, hourly

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to provide care for our athletes! In this role, you will service contracted schools and coordinate access to additional health care for their athletes. Responsibilities

• Design and implement specific therapeutic programs for injured athletes' rehabilitation
• Determine the need for and administer proper athletic training techniques before and during games/practices to decrease risk of injury (techniques can include taping, wrapping, bracing, proper hydration and minor wound care)
• Determine the effectiveness of athletic training/rehabilitative techniques and record change as indicated by athlete response within limits of specified plan of care
• Manage emergency incidents, coordinate EMS and acute care procedures, including basic life support, to reduce the impact on function of an injured athlete.
• Seek outreach opportunities and participate in events to promote the company (races, club teams, etc.)
