Mammoth Hospital is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support orthopedic surgeons in clinic settings and provide outreach services to local teams. Responsibilities include managing clinic flow, patient education, and coordination of care.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a certification from NATABOC, and at least one year of relevant experience. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages between $35.60 and $43.15.
The Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) will support orthopedic surgeons and physician assistants in the physician clinic setting, provide outreach services to local high school and ski and snowboard teams, and conduct strength and conditioning return-to-activity sessions for post-operative patients. The ATC may also engage in prevention, recognition, evaluation, immediate care, rehabilitation, and reconditioning of athletic injuries, healthcare administration, and professional development per the Domains of the NATA Certified Athletic Trainer. The ATC serves as a liaison between physicians, coaches, athletes, and parents, ensures that players participate only when physically able, and coordinates with the athletic director to cover the athletic training room and required events.
Full-time, day shifts at Mammoth and Bishop locations. Starting wage $35.60 to $43.15 based on qualifications.
