Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions and fostering a positive, educational experience aligned with Life Time standards. You will help members feel and move better while building strong client relationships on-site.

The role requires Certified Personal Trainer status, CPR/AED certification, and knowledge of stretching/recovery techniques.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching and breathing drills.
• Participates in required training and certifications to advance within the levels program.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
