Job summary

J.W. Speaker is seeking an assembler to join their manufacturing team in Wisconsin. You will assemble lighting components from blueprints, perform 5S tasks, and operate a range of machines on a 3rd shift schedule.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with a potential increase to $19 after 6–9 months of certification, plus a $2 shift premium for 3rd shift. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, tuition support, and growth opportunities.

• Must be able to read blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lights using blueprints and work orders.
• Perform daily and weekly 5S procedures.
