Job summary

J.w.-Speaker-Corporation-1 in Germantown, WI is seeking a factory assembler to gain manufacturing experience and grow with the team. Starting pay is $17 per hour with increases based on experience; 2nd shift adds $1.50/hr shift premium.

You will become a certified assembler in 6–9 months, increasing pay to $19 plus shift premium. Primary responsibilities include assembling lights from blueprints and work orders, performing daily/weekly 5S, and operating machines such as Potting Machines, Sonic

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills for team and supervisor interactions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 34 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lights using blueprints and work orders.
• Perform daily and weekly 5S procedures.
• Set up and operate machines including potting, sonic welder, testers, rivet and shrink tubing equipment.
