Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Certified Activity Director to join our family. The role plans, organizes, develops, and directs the Activity Department in accordance with standards and policies, with focus on residents and a positive facility culture.

Must be a certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF, with nursing home and supervisory experience preferred; CNA certification preferred. Benefits include daily pay, 401k match, health insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF preferred.
• Prior nursing home experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the Activity Department.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
• Foster a resident-centered facility culture and staff teamwork.
• Collaborate with leadership to support resident activities and quality of life.
