Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Certified Activity Director to join our family. The role plans, organizes, develops, and directs the Activity Department in accordance with standards and policies, with focus on residents and a positive facility culture.

Must be a certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF, with nursing home and supervisory experience preferred; CNA certification preferred. Benefits include daily pay, 401k match, health insurance, and PTO.

The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures.
