Job summary

Fundamental in Albuquerque is seeking an Activity Assistant to bring joy to our residents through creative and engaging programs. You will help plan, develop, and implement activities that support cognitive, social, and physical well-being for seniors.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup and transport for activities, conducting group and one-on-one sessions, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. A high school diploma and a valid drivers license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college credits are preferred.
• Preferred aptitude for, and some training in, arts and crafts.
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record and provide proof of liability insurance required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Posted Salary Range

USD $24.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
