Job summary

This role collaborates across Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing, maintains UL/ETL, NOM, CE, UKCA, and CB certifications, and plans testing programs while traveling up to 15% to external labs as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with low-voltage power distribution equipment.
• Experience working with NRTLs and certification bodies.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain valid certification statuses (UL/ETL, NOM, RETIE, CCC, CE, UKCA, CB Scheme).
• Plan, develop, and execute qualification, certification, reliability, thermal, environmental, and performance testing programs.
• Support root-cause investigations and validation testing for product changes and field issues.
• Maintain test equipment, test procedures, and laboratory capabilities for certification and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Design Engineers to ensure regulatory compliance in new products.
• Coordinate logistics for obtaining certifications, including samples, labs, and documentation.
• Support external testing from RFQ to final report and document designs in certification files.
