Quest Global is seeking a Certification Support Specialist. This remote role supports operations in Rockford, IL, with a pay range and duties focused on data management, FAA documentation, and process improvement.

Ideal candidates will have an AA degree or 3–5 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP or other MRP systems. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong PM skills, and reliable collaboration.

• Utilize SAP, Teamcenter, and customer portal to export and merge data.
• Review and analyze data from multiple databases.
• Maintain current records for FAA documentation.
• Maintain and update process and procedure documentation.
• Update tracking matrices with accurate data and files.
• Archive PMA workflow and PMA supplements/DSA Letters.
• Assist with turnback flows, request flows, and supplement requests.

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• AA Degree in Business Administration or Technical related field. In lieu of AA, candidate should have 3-5 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required (minimum intermediate level with Excel)
• Experience with SAP or other MRP system strongly preferred
• Self-motivated and very detail oriented
• Excellent project management skills are highly preferred

Pay Range: $21.63/hour to $26.44/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered a 100% remote position supporting in Rockford, IL.

• You must have reliable internet.
• You must have a dedicated space that is private and distraction free.
• Adherence to core working hours is required.
• Responsiveness on tools like Teams, Zoom or email is expected.
• Be able to have a backup plan (such as a local coworking space or mobile data alternative) in case of power or internet outages.

Travel Requirements: No travel is expected for this role.

Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
