HRI Properties is seeking a Compliance Certification Specialist for our HRIM team in New Orleans to manage move-in files, conduct interviews, complete background checks, and coordinate third-party verifications. You will prepare documentation for lease and certification signing and ensure timely processing.
Ideal candidates have strong regulatory experience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some weekend hours may be required as part of this role.

The Certification Specialist is responsible for processing all applicant files for move‑in by conducting household interviews, ensuring all information is correctly listed and documented on the application, completing background screenings, obtaining third‑party verifications, tracking responses, submitting for approval, and preparing files appropriately for lease and certification signing.
