Job summary

Element Materials Technology is seeking a Certification Program Coordinator to independently manage certification projects from intake through certificate issuance. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinate with regulators, and support surveillance logistics in a fast-paced, regulatory environment.

Based in Portland, you will drive project setup, maintain audit trails, and assist with ISO17065 audits and management communications as you grow toward program-level ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2–5 years in related roles.
• 2–5 years in project coordination or regulatory compliance roles.
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17065 environments and regulator interfaces.
• Strong documentation discipline and multi-project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and external bodies.
• Proficient with project tracking tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage application intake and project setup per procedures.
• Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects.
• Track progress, resolve delays, and escalate risks.
• Upload and manage documentation on regulatory websites.
• Support ISO17065 audits and regulatory communications.
