Job summary

Element Materials Technology is seeking a Certification Program Coordinator who independently manages certification projects through the full lifecycle, including intake, setup, client communication, certificate issuance, registry updates, and surveillance logistics.

The role acts as the primary client contact for assigned projects, handles regulator submissions with minimal oversight, and works toward program-level process ownership within a global EMC, EMI, and wireless testing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or regulatory compliance exposure.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17065 environments and regulator interfaces.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong documentation discipline.
• Professional, service-oriented written and verbal communication with clients and external bodies.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage certification projects from intake to surveillance logistics.
• Set up projects in internal systems and notify clients of initiation.
• Act as primary client contact while maintaining separation from technical decisions.
• Track progress and escalate risks with recommended actions.
• Communicate certification decisions to clients and update documentation.
• Upload documents to regulatory websites ensuring timeliness.
• Support ISO17065 audits and communications.
• Assist with market surveillance or post-audit actions as needed.
