Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Certification Clerk to perform clerical tasks within the Quality Assurance department. The role focuses on data entry of inspection and certification data and preparing certification packages for each job shipped.

Ideal candidates will review documents, resolve customer certification requests, and maintain certification databases and files while following safety policies in a manufacturing setting.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

• Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and to review input to ensure data is correct.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two (2) years of college preferred. A minimum of two (2) years similar experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $18.00-$20.00

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
