Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC in City of Industry, CA seeks a Certification Clerk to join our on-site Quality Assurance team. You will perform data entry of inspection and certification data, assemble certification packages, and review sales orders to ensure proper documentation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs various clerical and administrative functions within the QualityAssurance department.

Qualifications

COMPETENCIES:

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,short correspondence, and memos. Abilityto write simple correspondence. Abilityto effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add,subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,common fractions, and decimals.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individualshould have knowledge of Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet software and WordProcessing software.

Other Qualifications:

Demonstratedability to successfully work with customers.Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and to review input toensure data is correct.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree(GED). Two (2) years of collegepreferred. A minimum of two (2) yearssimilar experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; or equivalentcombination of education and experience.

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $18.00-$20.00
