St. Louis Development Corporation seeks a Certification Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for the City of St. Louis Local M/WBE certification program.
You will verify documents, assist applicants, and organize materials for review. In a flexible hybrid environment, you will support Certification Analysts, schedule meetings, prepare letters, and maintain the city directory, contributing to a transparent, inclusive economic development effort.

Certification Assistant will serve as the first point of contact at the Northside Economic Empowerment Center (NEEC) for the certification process of Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) programs. This is a full-time, exempt position with health benefits and paid time off. While our traditional work hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm, SLDC provides a flexible/hybrid work environment of both onsite and offsite work and follows a customized work schedule of 40 hours per week for full-time employees. Evening and weekend work is required as job duties demand.
