The Ceramics Studio Technicians assist with the general operations of the Ceramics Studio, supporting the Studio Manager and department with operations, materials, and equipment.
Student employee work must be supervised with attention to safety, position responsibilities, and support. The supervisor or an identified designee, who must also be a full‑time or part‑time MICA employee, must be able to provide genuine oversight, support, and accountability in the workplace at all times and available to physically respond in the event the student needs in‑person assistance or immediate supervision.
