Momentive Technologies seeks a Ceramics Product Manager in Strongsville, OH to drive the Ceramics Powders & Shapes business within the Thermal Management line. The role partners with the Global Business Director to shape strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management across multiple markets.

You will coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and sales, while providing technical guidance and building customer relationships. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in marketing, engineering, operations management or business.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive projects with internal teams and target customers.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Track record of developing and implementing business strategy.

Aufgaben

• Develop and communicate a 5-year revenue and business strategy for Ceramics Powders and Shapes.
• Lead day-to-day activities addressing business, production, procurement, quality and supply chain challenges.
• Establish and execute pricing strategy for product portfolios.
• Manage entire product lifecycle from concept to post-launch; include updates and end-of-life strategies.
• Drive product line growth using market insights and trends.
• Maintain relationships with customers, leadership, supply chain, sales, finance and production teams.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Create sales collateral and value proposition guides; participate in product promotions.
• Develop business KPIs to measure performance.
• Assist in revenue pipeline process with Thermal Management team.
