Job summary

City Colleges of Chicago is seeking a Ceramic Lab Assistant for the Harold Washington Campus. This role primarily involves organizing and maintaining ceramic supplies, assisting students with basic queries, and ensuring cleanliness in shared lab spaces.

Eligible candidates must be enrolled at City Colleges and hold a high school diploma. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential. This position allows students to gain valuable experience while contributing to the art & architecture department.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be actively attending one of the City Colleges of Chicago.
• Must maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain ceramic department supplies.
• Answer student questions regarding lab procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lab spaces.
