Qualifications

• Broad, extensive (5+ years) technical experience in energy, gas, electric, or related utility sectors.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating environmental reviews.
• Strong knowledge of CEQA and related environmental laws.
• Experience with public or interagency engagement and presenting to commissions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CEQA Project Managers responsible for complex energy facility projects.
• Provide technical and programmatic leadership on environmental analyses.
• Represent the Commission with state and federal agencies, industry, and stakeholders.
