Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking a seasoned executive to partner with us as Chief Executive Officer in a unique Operator-Led Buyout program. You will lead a 24-month search to acquire and then run a target SME in the US, with support from our Investment Management team and equity-based incentives.

The role emphasizes deep entrepreneurial drive, a track record of growing businesses, and the ability to take ownership from search through integration and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record running and growing businesses or business units in the US.
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship
• Deep expertise/vision in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled Businesses, Distribution & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Establish together with us a search process to generate sufficient deal flow for acquiring a business per predefined criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with our Investment Management team
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business
• Proactively develop growth options and long-term strategy including 100-day plans
• Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives
• Review offerings, portfolio, brands, and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead geographic expansion and market entry strategies when required
• Drive efficiency and profitable growth
