Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks motivated mid-career professionals to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a small or mid-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer. You will spearhead a 24-month professional search and receive support from NCA, including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Successful candidates will search, acquire and manage a company in the US, with an emphasis on results, leadership, and entrepreneurial drive.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles and full P&L responsibility.
• MBA or Executive MBA preferred.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record running and growing businesses in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24-month search to acquire a SME and assume the CEO role.
• Develop long-term growth strategies and 100-day plans.
• Grow top-line through marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings and expand geographic footprint as needed.
• Manage the acquisition process with support fromInvestment Management team.
