Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors seeks seasoned leaders to join as an NCA Searcher and partner to search, acquire, and lead a small to mid-sized enterprise in the United States as Chief Executive Officer.

You will spearhead a up-to-24-month professional search with comprehensive support from NCA and an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with leadership roles and full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA preferred.
• Min. 10+ years running/growing businesses or business units in the US.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process with deal flow goals to acquire a business.
• Manage the acquisition process with our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Proactively generate and evaluate growth options and 100-day plans.
• Grow the business topline through strategic initiatives.
• Review offerings, portfolio strategy, branding, and gaps; implement improvements.
• Oversee geographic expansion and market-entry strategies.
• Ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
