Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty.
• Master’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
• Five years of senior-level healthcare administration/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic planning, managing, directing and coordinating hospital operations.
• Develops and manages the hospital budget and ensures operations stay within budget.
• Directs short- and long-range planning to achieve quality services and financial performance.
• Directs marketing and strategic initiatives with leadership and board engagement.
• Oversees governors of policy, regulatory compliance and performance improvement.
