Allswell in San Francisco is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's right hand on strategy and execution. You will own the highest-leverage projects, shape hiring for senior and clinical roles, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and help craft the narrative we share with partners and the board.

Qualifications

3+ years in consulting, banking, or strategy and bizops at a high-growth startup.
Strong writing and ability to drive alignment with stakeholders.
Passion for LGBTQ+ health equity and healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO on strategy, prioritization and high-leverage decisions.
Run OKRs, planning cadences and track execution follow-through.
Lead cross-functional projects from analysis to launch (new payers/markets).
Prepare board materials and investor updates; support fundraising efforts.
Drive hiring for senior/clinical roles and coordinate onboarding.
Own internal meeting cadence, decision tracking, and partner engagement.
