Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, or a closely related industry.
• Experience managing business operations, budgets, and profit-and-loss performance.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue while maintaining service quality and controlling costs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to turn business goals into measurable results.
• A hands-on leadership approach and commitment to developing people.
• Willingness to relocate to and work in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Set company strategy and translate growth plans into clear priorities and measurable performance goals.
• Oversee daily plumbing, heating, and cooling operations, including scheduling, staffing, and process improvements.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, operating costs, and profit-and-loss performance.
• Lead, mentor, and hold managers and team members accountable for results while supporting their development.
• Oversee residential and commercial project performance to meet quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Guide recruiting and retention efforts to build and support the team.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Promote safety, professionalism, teamwork, and accountability throughout the company.
