This hands-on executive role combines company strategy with oversight of daily operations, financial performance, and team development. You will lead managers and team members, improve service delivery, and strengthen customer and business relationships while maintaining a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Relocation to Grand Junction, Colorado, is required.

Responsibilities

• Set company strategy and translate growth plans into clear priorities and measurable performance goals.
• Oversee daily plumbing, heating, and cooling operations, including scheduling, staffing, and process improvements.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, operating costs, and profit-and-loss performance.
• Lead, mentor, and hold managers and team members accountable for results while supporting their development.
• Oversee residential and commercial project performance to meet quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Guide recruiting and retention efforts to build and support the team.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Promote safety, professionalism, teamwork, and accountability throughout the company.
