Qualifications

• Experience leading a CEO/COO with direct P&L accountability at a PE-backed platform.
• Solid integration experience with M&A activity across platforms.
• 3+ years of significant full P&L ownership and multisite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and professionalize the portfolio platform, integrating acquisitions.
• Build a more sophisticated commercial infrastructure and national accounts program.
• Oversee growth strategy and governance across multiple sites.
• Drive cross-sell initiatives and scale the platform through disciplined expansion.
