Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operating partner to the PE sponsor and drive value creation.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to the Board and sponsor.
• Evaluate performance against budgets and address deviations.
• Oversee post-acquisition integration and M&A opportunities.
• Direct all functional units including accounting, erosion control, roofing, and bio-retention.
• Develop growth strategies and report progress to the Board.
• Foster unity across divisions and plan annual operating budgets.
