The role requires an owner-mentality leader who will partner with investors, set strategy, and build a professional team while scaling operations and project delivery capabilities. The CEO will own P&L, drive governance, and implement processes that improve visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in construction services or similar
• Experience with private equity-backed or investor-led environments
• Strong P&L ownership and operational transformation skills
