Job summary

Nift Networks is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as the operating engine that takes the machinery of a fast-growing company and runs it better. You will own the company cadence, keep projects aligned, and ensure decisive execution across teams, boards, and investors.

The role requires 6–10+ years in high-trust operating roles, a track record of building systems, and a comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and staying patient with people while being impatient about progress.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in high-trust operating or leadership roles (Chief of Staff, Business Ops, Strategy & Operations, or similar).
• Experience installing operating cadences, OKRs, and executive meetings.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with credibility and results.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s operating rhythm, OKRs, meetings, and board prep; govern decisions and outcomes.
• Identify missing systems and implement lightweight, high-impact fixes.
• Drive cross-functional execution and build credibility beyond authority.
• Manage communications from the office of the CEO to internal and external stakeholders.
• Separate signal from noise and surface emerging issues quickly and tactfully.
