• Typically 8+ years of progressively increasing ownership and execution responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, high-stakes problems from inception to execution with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional executive judgment and a strong bias for quality in deliverables.
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar business problems and map a practical path forward.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating rhythm for the CEO Office and drive execution across priorities.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Turn CEO priorities into executable work streams and track progress end-to-end.
• Lead high-priority special initiatives and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Own executive preparation, including briefings, materials, and travel planning.
• Ensure organizational follow-through and connect cross-functional dots to improve operating tempo.
