Pinnacle Senior Living, part of The Pennant Group, seeks experienced leaders for the CEO-in-Training program to learn the business of senior living and prepare for Executive Director/CEO roles. You will work hands-on in daily operations alongside an experienced leader, gaining exposure to clinical services, staffing, customer experience, and compliance.

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, logistics, operations, or related fields.
• Willingness to relocate to Wisconsin.

• Contribute across the business and build relationships with residents and staff.
