The Program

The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs.

This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.

Creative Track

• The content-focused Creative PA will explore imaginative storytelling and visual expression through creating artwork, branding concepts, digital media, and compelling content that captivates audiences and communicates a brand’s voice through design and narrative.
• The physical design Creative PA will elevate the customer experience through spatial aesthetics and product presentation. It involves designing engaging retail environments, thoughtful product packaging, and striking visual displays that spark curiosity and boost product appeal.

Post-Program Placement

Upon successful completion of the program, PAs are considered for Assistant Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.

Compensation

• The anticipated salary for this position is $72,000.
