The Program
The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs.
This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.
Marketing Track
The Marketing track provides PAs with exposure in the key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing. The Marketing PA will interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions. Participants will also gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis.

Post-Program Placement
Upon successful completion of the program, PAs are considered for Assistant Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience. [GT3.1]

Compensation

• The anticipated salary for this position is $72,000.
