Rocky Mountain Credit Union seeks an innovative and strategic President/Chief Executive Officer to lead overall operations and ensure the organization’s ongoing financial strength and stability.

Working with the Board, the successful candidate will develop and execute short- and long-term strategies and policies that prioritize members’ interests, with strong leadership, integrity and a deep understanding of financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years executive leadership experience in the credit union or banking sector.
• Professional designations such as CCUE, CPA, or CMA are assets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational leadership skills; integrity and financial services knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and ensure financial strength and stability.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, plans, and policies.
• Provide strong leadership and collaborate with the Board to prioritize members’ best interests.
