Qualifications

• A record of improving business performance and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
• Meaningful P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen in budgeting, cash flow, and capital investment.
• Experience leading managers across multiple locations or business lines.
• Demonstrated success developing teams and preparing future leaders.
• An agricultural background or substantial experience serving agricultural and rural markets.
• The ability to evaluate opportunities, build practical plans, and follow through on execution.
• A confident, humble, and collaborative leadership style.
• A commitment to living within a practical commuting distance of Belgrade and spending time throughout RMS’s operating footprint.
