Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in a financial institution such as a credit union or bank.
• Demonstrated ability to set vision, develop people, and drive growth in a smaller/mid-sized organization.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, lending, asset-liability management, liquidity, risk, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic plan execution to expand membership and deepen member relationships.
• Maintain financial strength through sound asset-liability management and compliance.
• Drive technology adoption and digital banking improvements to enhance member experience.
• Foster a collaborative culture, develop leadership, and partner with the Board to guide long-term success.
• Balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operations and regulatory needs.
