Qualifications

• 7–10 years of executive leadership in a financial institution.
• 15+ years in financial services with credit union operations knowledge.
• Strong financial acumen in balance sheet, ALM, liquidity and risk.
• Proven strategy setting and initiative execution.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Experience with regulators and enterprise risk.
• Broad credit union operations including lending, payments and digital.
• Strong board-facing communication and partnership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance; CCUE/CUDE preferred.
