Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Executive Communications Lead to partner with the CEO and sharpen Samsara’s voice across internal and external channels. You will craft, refine, and steward the CEO’s messaging—from keynote speeches to social media posts—acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.

The ideal candidate excels at writing, storytelling, and building audiences, with a comfort using AI tools to stay organized and informed. This is a remote role for US‑based candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience supporting a C‑suite executive, ideally a CEO or founder.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted counselor and thought partner to the CEO to define communication priorities and narratives.
• Lead content creation across presentations, videos, long‑form content, and social media.
• Switch between audiences to ensure the right message lands at the right time and channel.
• Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflow to research and iterate on executive content.
• Plan how the CEO prepares for and delivers messages.
• Partner with internal communications, customer marketing, IR, and cross‑functional leaders as needed.
