Ladders seeks a Senior Director, CEO Communications to shape and elevate the CEO's voice across channels for a global technology organization. Remote-US only; you will partner with executive leadership, media, and internal stakeholders to build visibility and sharpen message architecture.

You will ghostwrite high-impact thought leadership, secure tier-1 media placements, and establish a rapid-response cadence for market scanning.

Qualifikationen

12-15+ years in executive communications within enterprise tech or cybersecurity.
Experience supporting a founder/CEO of a public multi-billion-dollar tech company.
Exceptional writing and speechwriting with a portfolio of op-eds and keynotes.
Proven record securing media placements and elevating executive visibility.
Experience building executive platforms on social media with multimedia strategies.
Willingness to integrate AI tools to enhance workflows.
Expected travel of 30%.
