Job summary

saas.group is seeking a CEO to lead one or more HR tech / workforce management SaaS brands into their next growth phase. You will own the brand's P&L, strategy, growth, culture, and performance, collaborating with the leadership team and the saas.group network.

These products are product-led, B2B SaaS, focused initially on the German market with potential to internationalize. You will drive revenue growth, product scaling, and organizational transformation across a small portfolio of brands.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and strong English communication are required.
• Proven leadership experience as CEO, GM, or senior executive in B2B SaaS HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Own growth for product-led SaaS brands and drive a scalable go-to-market engine.
• Build budgets, track KPIs, ROI, and implement process improvements for scalability.
• Build, coach and retain a high-performing leadership team with succession planning.
• Foster innovation by identifying disruptive trends (including AI) and data-driven bets.
• Champion a strong culture, high performance standards, diversity and inclusion.
• Be prepared to manage multiple brands in the portfolio as it grows.
