Job summary

Protingent Staffing is seeking a CEO for an AI stockbroking venture, fully remote in the United States. The role requires building and owning an AI-native stockbroking business, blending brokerage functionality with AI-driven research, discovery and trading experiences.

Responsibilities include defining the proposition, product roadmap, and business model; owning P&L and regulatory readiness; and scaling the brokerage tech stack, markets, and partnerships with product, engineering, and AI teams.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in stockbroking, brokerage, trading or consumer investing.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful brokerage or trading product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of brokerage economics, trading infrastructure, markets and regulation.
• Strong product judgement and understanding of how AI can improve stock discovery, research and trading workflows.
• Experience building and scaling technology products and teams.
• Hands-on operating capability.
• Able to work directly through product flows, brokerage infrastructure, economics and execution.

Job Description:

The CEO - AI Stockbroking will build and own an AI-native stockbroking business. The role combines brokerage infrastructure and market expertise with AI-native research, discovery and trading experiences.
