Job summary

Protingent is partnering with a client to recruit a CEO - AI Finance for a fully remote US-based role. The CEO will build and own the AI-native finance business, identifying where AI can improve how consumers manage money and creating products across spending, saving, investing and other daily needs.

You will define product strategy, drive growth, own P&L, and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering and AI. This is a direct hire with market salary and 100% remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience building consumer fintech or financial services products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product or P&L.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance and unit economics.
• Experience leading products and teams in high-growth tech environments.
• Hands-on operating style across product, AI capabilities, economics and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap and business model.
• Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve the user experience, cost or speed.
• Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale.
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.
• Work deeply with product, engineering and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience.
• Build the core team across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.
• Expand into new financial products and markets as the business scales.
