Job summary

Toptal is seeking a SVP, Product to shape the vision and execution of our AI-powered products. This is the most senior product role in the company, responsible for strategy, roadmaps, and a high-performance org across growth, platform, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in technical field or related discipline.
• 15+ years in software product management.
• 8+ years leading product organizations, incl. leaders.
• Proven ability to scale product org and hiring.
• Experience owning AI-enabled product portfolios.
• Executive-level strategy and long-range roadmaps.
• Hands-on AI discipline: agents, models, evaluation, economics.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product strategy across marketplace, talent, client experiences, and internal systems.
• Decide build-vs-buy for AI models and tooling; manage packaging and pricing.
• Define metric-driven product operating model and governance.
• Oversee acquisitions integration and multi-year roadmap across growth, platform, and operations.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance standards for the product org.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver AI-enabled products at scale.
