Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuge equipment per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance, parameters, and product quality.
• Perform startup, shutdown, and routine checks.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production and separation processes.
• Inspect equipment for wear, malfunctions, or safety concerns.
• Complete routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Collect and document production and operational data.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate major problems to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and maintenance records.
• Support inventory management of supplies and materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
