Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Robstown, TX is seeking an experienced operator to run centrifuge equipment and support efficient production processes. You will monitor performance, perform startups/shutdowns, and ensure quality and safety across the line.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, familiarity with centrifuge systems, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and travel to Miller sites as needed. OSHA safety standards knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuge equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance, process parameters, and product quality.
• Perform startup, shutdown, and routine operational checks.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production and separation processes.
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear, malfunction, or safety concerns.
• Complete routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Collect and document production and operational data.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and elevate major equipment problems to maintenance personnel.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and maintenance records.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies and operating materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
