Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure projects, including hardware installations and upgrades.
• Drive standardisation across the global data centre estate with repeatable processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Own incident management from diagnosis to resolution and lead major incident responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capacity planning and infrastructure optimisation.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, procedures, and governance for operational excellence.
