Job summary

National Tyres and Autocare, now part of Halfords, is recruiting a Centre Manager for our Warminster centre in Wiltshire. You will lead a team to deliver excellent customer journeys and drive business performance in a busy automotive service environment.

We offer a base salary of £41,000 with an uncapped bonus scheme, aiming to reach up to £52,000 OTE, plus benefits and progression opportunities within Halfords’ growing network.

Qualifications

• Leadership in automotive/service environment required.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and coach teams.
• Experience delivering to Health & Safety standards and KPI targets.
• Requires a current valid driving licence.

• On-target earnings up to £52,000
• Comprising a base salary of £41,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,000 per year
• 5 days a week (the centre is closed on a Sunday)

Skills and experience

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI's
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management
• A current valid driving licence
